I’ve never been overweight so I don’t know how it feels to lose 65 pounds. But I do know that even after losing a little weight it feels great. And I doubt you would still feel fat after you’ve worked hard and lost a lot of weight.
Good luck! Eat healthy! and Exercise at least 5 times a week! (even after you’ve lost the weight…or else you’ll just gain it all back.)

You feel lighter with more energy. But I’ve been around bigger people with a LOT of energy! lol
last year when i turned 16 i was basically 200 pounds. my thing was ok, new year gonna do it, two weeks later on january 13th exactly i started running everyday for 4 months straight by the end of volleyball season i had lost 25 pounds, 174, but now im goin back towards 180 and now im starting another diet and workout so im hoping to get to 165 or lower. my advice to say to you is that i felt amazing and now that im trying again i want to make myself proud of what im capable of doing, and i cant wait to see what happens 6 months from now when i can go swimming and everything.
Your body will start burning, and start to hurt.
